We usually process your order within 1-3 working days. Once your order ships, we estimate you will receive your order within 4-7 working days of the ship date. If you've ordered a "pre-order" item, your order will ship once all the items on your order are available.

Yes, but please note that multiple orders, repeated orders and no quality problems and arbitrary cancellation of the order shall bear the website transaction fee, transaction fee is 5-6.8% of the order amount.

Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations may only be possible if the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation or modification, please email our Customer Care team at support@dukwinjewels.com as soon as possible (find opening hours here). We’ll do our best to assist you before dispatch.

If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel or modify it. In this case, you may refuse the delivery when it arrives.

Damaged Product?

Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages or defects can happen during shipment.

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at support@dukwinjewels.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order or if the product is defected. Exchanges can only be done within 14 days of receiving your order, via email on support@dukwinjewels.com. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed. For exchanges due to an order that was delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased were intentionally damaged or have been misused.

To be eligible for a refund:
- All items must have their product tags intact, be in their original condition and returned inside their packaging.
All returns must be authorized by DUKWIN JEWELS. We will only accept returns that are returned using the prepaid shipping label that we send to you at the time you request a return.
All items must be returned to us from the same country to which they were delivered.
- Jewelry sets must be returned together, unworn and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of individual
items within the set.
- Loose stones must arrive in their original condition and must not have been previously set.

Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any Discount Code that was given to you.  Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set periods of time.  We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order placed before the Discount Code became valid.  We cannot add the Discount Code to an order where you forgot to enter the code.  Discount codes cannot be combined, and they do not apply to Gift Cards.

JEWELRY CLEANING AND CARE

Our Fine Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry and keep it in optimal condition, please follow the following care instructions:

Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as showering, applying lotion, cosmetics, perfume, washing dishes, etc.

Take off your jewelry before engaging in activities such as going to the gym or to the beach.

Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat to avoid tangling/scratching.

For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not get tangled.

If you have fine jewelry that contains pearls, extra care should be taken. Do not clean pearls with any chemicals, abrasives or solvents.

To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush and dish soap and gently scrub the gold and diamonds.

DUKWIN JEWELS Jewelry provides a complimentary 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all products purchased directly from dukwinjewels.com.All DUKWIN JEWELS products covered under this warranty must have a proof of purchase from dukwinjewels.com. If you believe your piece has a manufacturer defect you may contact our Client Service team for an inspection of the piece. DUKWIN JEWELS will inspect the piece and determine if the damage is covered under our warranty policy. We will repair the piece, or if necessary, replace it in part or in entirety if the issue has been raised within 1 year of purchase of your DUKWIN JEWELS piece. It is the sole decision of DUKWIN JEWELS as to whether to repair or replace your piece. Any products that have been altered in any way are not included in our warranty.

Each customer will need to provide proof of purchase from dukwinjewels.com. The piece being reviewed will need to be naltered and DUKWIN JEWELS's internal diamond inscription verified if applicable.

Please note that the warranty provided by DUKWIN JEWELS does not cover faults caused by:
- general wear and tear;
- accidental loss or damage;
- deliberate damage, misuse, or neglect; 
- or repairs or attempted repairs not carried out by DUKWIN JEWELS.
